How much does it cost?
Every size and its price is on the sizes and prices page, and every price includes free standard UK delivery: the price on the page is the price at checkout unless you choose Priority delivery. The watermarked preview of your portrait is free.
How does the couple portrait work?
Upload one clear photo of the two of you and pick a style: oil, watercolour, pencil or pop art. Verify your email for three successful previews per day on this website. Each is watermarked and saved for 30 days. When you order, the print is made from the portrait you selected, without the watermark, cropped to the shape of the size you choose.
What photo should I use?
A clear, well-lit photo where both faces show; looking towards the camera works best. A 12-megapixel phone photo comfortably covers the smaller sizes and usually the larger ones. We measure your photo's pixels against each print size before you pay; below 140 dpi a print looks soft, so we don't sell it.
How does the wedding-date print work?
Type your names, the date and the venue, and you see the layout live before you order. No photo needed.
What sizes and formats can I order?
Couple portraits, wedding-photo prints and wedding-date prints, on paper, gallery canvas, framed (black, dark wood or natural wood), brushed-aluminium metal and plywood wood. Every active size and its exact price is listed on the sizes and prices page, so it is never out of date here. Every price includes UK delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order, and UK delivery is free: allow 4 to 9 working days from your order. Priority delivery is offered at checkout.
What do you do with my uploaded photos?
Uploads are used only to produce your preview and your print. Unpurchased uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days. Watermarked previews are saved for 30 days. We never use your photos for anything else.
Can I return a personalised keepsake?
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we reprint or refund; photos within 30 days to orders@printedweddings.co.uk. Because personalised items are made to your specification, the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply once production starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 28(1)(b)).
